Hi, I’m Sarah, a faith based personal trainer with years of experience in fitness and four years of coaching others on their journey to better health. My mission is simple: to follow Jesus’ example by serving others and helping them become stronger- physically, mentally, and spiritually.

I believe that fitness isn’t just about looking good; it’s about honoring God with our bodies, building discipline, and becoming the best versions of ourselves.
